30-Day Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a return.

Return Conditions:
  • The product must be in the same state as when received: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage or Incorrect Items:
If you find your order defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately to address and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Certain items are non-returnable: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
  • Contact us for clarifications on specific items.
Cancellations and Fees:
  • Cancellations are subject to a 5% fee.
  • ON-DEMAND items cannot be cancelled.
  • Custom personalized items (apparel with custom gamertags or numbers) must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond 24 hours, cancellations are not possible due to immediate processing for customization.
Exclusions:
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not returnable.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:
  • Post-inspection of the returned item, we will inform you about the refund status.
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time varies depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
