How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@fastdontlie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

What happens when a product I want is out of stock? Will it be restocked?

The availability of restocks depends on the specific collection. For exclusive collections like the Fyrakk Collection, restocking is not an option due to their limited nature.

Should I be ready to act quickly for limited edition items?

Absolutely! Our limited edition products often sell out fast due to high demand. We advise being prepared at the time of launch for the best chance to secure these items. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for items once they are sold out.
